Terms and conditions
Last updated: June 10, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the subscription to the FittyFlow well-being and weight-loss coaching service, published by Bastien Devaux, sole trader (registration in progress — these terms will be updated with the SIREN number on receipt).
2. Description of the service
FittyFlow gives access to a conversational AI coach (Néo), personalized meal plans and activity programs, weight tracking and photo analysis of meals. The service is provided online, accessible from a browser. Some features are subject to reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse.
3. Subscription and price
- The subscription is billed 5 €/month upon sign-up, then renewed automatically each month.
- No commitment. Cancel anytime.
- The applicable price is the one shown at the time of sign-up. Any price change will be notified at least 30 days in advance and will only apply to subsequent periods, with the option to cancel before it takes effect.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, in one click, from the « Subscription » page of your personal space. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no amount is charged for subsequent periods.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from sign-up. Simply request it at bdprofessionnal@outlook.com (or cancel from your space): the started month is then fully refunded, even if you have already used the service.
6. Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe, a secure payment provider. FittyFlow neither sees nor stores any banking data.
7. Nature of the service — health disclaimer
FittyFlow is a well-being and motivational support service. It does not provide any medical service, makes no diagnosis and replaces neither a doctor nor a dietitian. In case of illness, pregnancy, eating disorder or ongoing treatment, the advice of a health professional is essential before any weight-loss effort.
8. Availability
We make every effort to ensure continuous access to the service, without being able to guarantee absolute availability (maintenance, third-party technical dependencies). A prolonged unavailability that may give rise, where applicable, to a goodwill gesture, cannot give rise to any other compensation.
9. Consumer mediation
In accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, after sending a written complaint to our customer service (bdprofessionnal@outlook.com) and failing a satisfactory response within two months, you may, free of charge, refer the matter to a consumer mediator, within one year of your written complaint.
The details of the designated mediator are provided on request at bdprofessionnal@outlook.com and will be published on this page once our registration is finalized.
You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
